We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be integral to our operations, handling customer queries, processing applications, and maintaining meticulous records within our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer applications, ensuring all details are correct and up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and current
- Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Leverage your skills in 'R Code' and 'Video' to analyze and present customer data
- Utilize your knowledge of 'HealthCare.gov', 'Offshore', and 'TRICARE' to provide industry-specific customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes
- Comply with all industry regulations, maintaining a high level of detail orientation at all times
- Utilize the 'NIS' system to track customer interactions and updates. • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in utilizing video communication platforms for customer interactions
- Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, its features, and navigation
- Basic knowledge of R Code; ability to understand and interpret it
- Experience in an offshore environment, managing and coordinating tasks effectively
- In-depth understanding of TRICARE health program and its benefits
- Demonstrable skills in Network Information Service (NIS) usage and management
