Inbound/Outbound Call Center Rep
Candidates must not have any time off planned during the first 90 days of the assignment, or they will not be considered. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in call center environments performing finance related activities (reconciliations, billing, payment processing, etc.).

Responsibilities- Answer high volume inbound calls
- Membership processing and enrollment
- Preparation and validation of member information
- Finance related activities
- Identifying, researching and reconciling billing payments amounts to ensure accurate eligibility determination, payment, revenue and membership records
- Setting up and maintaining member data including but not limited to processing enrollments, corrections, retroactivity adjustments and terminations
