Responsibilities:- Ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations routinely
- Overseeing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintaining the general ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
- Preparing and posting journal entries as part of monthly financial procedures
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
- Closing the month-end financials, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Operating Sage 50 software for various accounting functions. • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is mandatory
- Must have extensive knowledge in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations
- A solid understanding of the General Ledger is required
- Expertise in processing Journal Entries is essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in handling Month End Close activities
- Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software is a plus
