You will be integral to the smooth operation of our financial functions and the leadership of our accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Implement and maintain comprehensive accounting processes and procedures utilizing Accounting Software Systems such as BlackLine and Epicor ERP.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, incorporating leadership meetings to discuss and align financial goals.
• Perform regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting functions.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Concur for efficient management of financial services and expenses.
• Supervise the use of CRM to maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Guide the development of team members through leadership development initiatives, fostering a productive and efficient team environment.
• Perform full cycle accounting duties to ensure financial transactions are properly accounted for.
• Regularly engage in budget processes, forecasting and modeling to anticipate the financial needs and growth of the company.
• Use leadership skills to promote clear communication, setting goals, and resolving conflicts within the team. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with BlackLine and Concur systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
