Physical Therapist
seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment. This role involves working closely with patients and caregivers to develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs aimed at promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, assess needs, and develop customized treatment plans.
Educate and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and refer patients to other disciplines when needed.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, and students as required.
Adhere to clinical documentation and billing requirements.
Qualifications: Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or proof of license eligibility.
Masters degree in Physical Therapy or related field (or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience).Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Additional Skills: Experience in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and health & wellness programming.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
