Outside Sales Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a full-time, self-motivated, experienced and confident outside sales representative to join our Sales Team in Hickory, NC. The Account Executive is responsible for sales, new business development and account management for our customers with digital printing and marketing solutions.

• Drive new business revenues by leveraging our Production Solutions.
• Tele-market, correspond and meet with current and prospective customers.
• Maintain long-term consultative relationship with clients for repeat business.
• Meet and exceed Monthly and Annual sales goals.
• A strong work ethic and personal integrity.
• Resourcefulness and responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth.
• Willing to invest in ongoing career development to enhance individual sales skills.
• Create a strategic marketing plan that aligns sales initiatives with customer requirements.
• Maintain prospecting/current customer database to maintain a record of all activities inside of each account system.

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and part of a team.
• Must be persuasive and goal driven.
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions.
• 1-2 years of consultative sales preferred.
• 2-3 year’s face to face customer service experience preferred.
• Community knowledge preferred.
• Computer proficient with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
