Collections Manager/Supervisor

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the finance industry located in Miami, Florida. The role is for a Collections Manager/Supervisor who will oversee our collections processes and ensure the accuracy of our Accounts Receivable records.

• Oversee and manage collection processes to ensure timely and effective collection efforts
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze data related to collections and accounts receivable
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor customer accounts for irregularities and potential issues
• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline collections processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to collections and accounts receivable. • Proven experience as a Collections Manager or Supervisor
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Collection Processes
• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Familiarity with relevant legal requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field
