The selected candidate will join our team in the legal industry, providing essential support in a fast-paced environment, specifically in the area of commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process legal documents related to commercial litigation
- Utilize case management software to maintain and update client files
- Engage in e-filing procedures and discovery processes in line with industry practices
- Draft legal documents and prepare materials for trial
- Coordinate and schedule depositions and appointments as necessary
- Execute billing functions using appropriate software for attorneys
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in Office 2019 and Outlook
- Operate Adobe Acrobat to handle document processing and management
- Utilize Prolaw for time and billing purposes
- Ensure effective communication with clients and team members
- Must possess a minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Outlook is a must
- Must be well-versed with Case Management Software
- Must have excellent calendar management skills
- Should possess strong communication skills
- Experience with e-File and e-Filing systems is crucial
- Familiarity with Billing Software for Attorneys
- Must have experience in drafting legal documents
- Experience in commercial litigation and general litigation is required
- Familiarity with discovery processes in legal proceedings is essential
- The ability to schedule depositions and appointments is required.
