Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager :

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing healthcare and commercial projects.
Handle project-related tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and scope management.
Utilize Procore for project management.
Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely completion of work.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Assistant Project Manager:

2-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in healthcare or commercial sectors.
Strong familiarity with Procore is required.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
