Job Description- Lead and manage multiple public works projects from inception through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare, review, and approve project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues and delays effectively.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including government officials, to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and provide leadership.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on public works projects.
- Strong knowledge of public works regulations, contracts, and procedures.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and controlling costs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
