We are offering a long term contract opportunity in the manufacturing industry for a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves working in a warehouse management system and handling customer account management.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Handle inbound telephone calls and maintain a pleasant phone manner
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure their completion
• Manage customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Maintain written communication with customers through email correspondence
• Maintain a detail-oriented phone etiquette while interacting with customers
• Input data accurately and efficiently into the system
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Uphold manufacturing practices and operations within the workplace
• Ensure the organization and efficiency of the warehouse management system.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Skilled in answering inbound calls and maintaining a pleasant and detail oriented phone manner
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Experience with data entry, order entry, and warehouse management
• Skilled in email correspondence and other forms of written communication
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in handling inbound telephone calls and demonstrating detail oriented phone etiquette
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and practices within the manufacturing industry
• Strong skills in email communications and maintaining detail orientation in correspondence
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
