About job:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring a positive and friendly experience for everyone.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hourJob: Full time
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking and delivering messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, updating calendars and notifying relevant parties.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate individuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
