Job title: Secondary Operations Specialist
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Secondary Operations Specialist where they will operate and manage machines used in secondary operations for producing quality leather products. They will learn machine maintenance and troubleshooting while performing tasks such as order processing and quality inspections.
Gaining the knowledge and operating Secondary Operations machines. Initial learning will start off with the basic processes to produce quality products while acquiring an understanding of leather and the secondary operation equipment. Future learning will allow one to acquire knowledge of tooling and tool changes as well as machine maintenance and troubleshooting.The team members are never limited to one machine, cross training will take place on other equipment as milestones are reached
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience with Secondary Operations machines
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform order processing and quality inspection
- Familiarity with TPM checks
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Computer Controlled Machines
- Secondary Operations machines: Machines used in additional processes after initial manufacturing to enhance or complete product production.
- Machine maintenance: Routine checks and repairs performed on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues or malfunctions in machinery or processes.
- Order processing: Managing orders from initiation through completion, ensuring timely production flow.
- Quality inspection: Examination of products to ensure they meet specified standards before delivery.
- TPM checks: Total Productive Maintenance practices that involve regular machine inspections to prevent breakdowns.
- Microsoft Office: A suite of productivity software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint used for various office tasks.
- Computer Controlled Machines: Automated machinery operated via computer systems for precision tasks in manufacturing.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
