We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the financial services industry, based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. As a Collections Specialist, your main role will be managing customer accounts, ensuring payment schedules are maintained, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring payment schedules are adhered to
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Utilize Excel to maintain and organize data related to collections
• Process customer credit applications using software such as ADP - Financial Services and CRM
• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to follow up on unpaid invoices
• Answer inbound calls, providing high-level customer service and resolving customer inquiries
• Administer claims as part of the collections process
• Utilize Epic Software to manage collection processes
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and patience in all tasks
• Carry out billing functions as required. • Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems
• Experience using Accurint
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM
• Experience with Epic Software
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Understanding of Collection Processes
