We are seeking skilled and experienced Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook at Hog Snappers, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. If you are a passionate, detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of line cook experience and authorized papers to work in the United States, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure all food products are properly stored, rotated, and handled
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Possession of authorized papers to work in the United States
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
