Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required); Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
PA Physical Therapy License (Required)

Education Requirements:
Degree from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
License/Certification Requirements:
