Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will also be required to utilize various software tools like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Performing regular bank reconciliations and keeping track of all transactions.
• Managing the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Processing customer credit applications efficiently and maintaining precise records.
• Utilizing software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
• Conducting month-end close procedures and preparing journal entries.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on account status.
• Resolving customer inquiries regarding their accounts and transactions.
• Posting cash entries and managing cash flow.
• Ensuring all accounting practices align with the industry standards and regulations.
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proficiency in IT software related to accounting such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is required
• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Demonstrated knowledge of General Ledger management
• Proficient in making Journal Entries
• Experience in performing Month End Close procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
