We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks with a primary focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable. This role requires proficiency in accounting software systems and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records
- Handling cash postings and managing cash flow analysis
- Resolving any discrepancies in accounts and addressing customer inquiries
- Assisting with basic general ledger tasks
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors as required
- Analyzing and preparing aging reports
- Utilizing accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services for various tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computerized accounting systems
- Assisting other team members in accounting functions as needed • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Computerized Accounting System
- Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle all Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Familiarity with Annual Budget preparations
- Capable of performing Cash Flow Analysis
