What You'll Do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Representative/Front-Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, new hire onboarding, and front desk administration.As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and new employees, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Office Coordination- Greet employees, residents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service to all inquiries.
- Manage incoming mail, emails, and office supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with time and attendance tracking.

Rate of Pay: USD $17.50 - USD $19.50 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Human Resource Representative/Front-Desk Receptionist include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Human Resource experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess patience and the ability to relate tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency and willingness to learn HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstance warrants and to remain calm during emergency situations
