Jackie Meza with Robert Half is excited to welcome a Controller to her client's team. In this role, you are tasked with overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, managing risk, maintaining the General Ledger, and supervising journal entries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of ERP accounting software systems
• Manage risk within the company to ensure financial stability
• Maintain and update the General Ledger as required
• Supervise the creation and posting of journal entries to ensure accuracy
• Handle all accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Participate in auditing activities to ensure adherence to financial regulations
• Oversee budget processes to ensure financial efficiency
• Manage full cycle accounting processes to ensure financial accuracy.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software systems
• Comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrable experience in auditing
• Familiarity with budget processes
• Experience with full cycle accounting
• Knowledge of general ledger functions
• Ability to prepare and record journal entries
