Marketing Assistant - Robert Half

We are offering a long term contract opportunity in Goleta! In this role, you will manage creative assets, coordinate logistics, and maintain quality control across various marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage a structured asset management system to organize and maintain creative assets such as images, videos, and creative materials.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution of samples for various creative projects and campaigns.
• Maintain an efficient sample management system, including ordering, organizing, and tracking inventory.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, resolving any sample-related issues promptly.
• Implement best practices to improve sample management processes based on feedback.
• Track and organize all data, documentations, and communications related to product changes and image discrepancies.
• Maintain the highest level of quality control for all campaign asset deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
• Deliver final assets to Marketing Operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Use skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CRM, Database, Advertisements, Blogging, Brand Awareness, and Budget Processes to efficiently perform job functions and contribute to campaign planning.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and databases.
• Ability to create and manage advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of blogging and its role in brand awareness.
• Understanding of budget processes within a marketing context.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
