Digital Technical Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead who thrives in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for enhancing our large Salesforce Core Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud instances, expanding mobile solutions, and focusing on quality integrations and payment gateway systems.

Although primarily remote, we are looking for a candidate from the Southern California area as there may be occasional onsite teaming business alignment and leadership meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary technical lead for Salesforce and mobile related queries.
• Oversee design architecture and implementation of Salesforce Core Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and optimize mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Drive the integration and implementation of payment gateway improvements.
• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain service levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Architect within a large Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency in developing mobile solutions on iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience managing teams with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce Architecture and Development certifications.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and integration tools.
• Experience with SAFe agile methodology.
