- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions
- Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for managing accounts
- Perform complex invoicing procedures, considering special fees and discounts
- Manage accounts receivable functions and ensure accuracy
- Handle client-facing communication and collection activities
- Utilize Epic Software and ERP for enterprise resource planning functions.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Epic Software
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
- Mastery of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Experience in Billing Functions
- Ability to handle and record Cash Activity accurately
