Inside Sales Representative

We are in search of an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Forest Park, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
• Maintain and update product knowledge to ensure all customer questions can be accurately answered.
• Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
• Report weekly sales activity to management.
• Answer Inbound Calls and handle Call Center Customer Service tasks, including Data Entry, Email Correspondence, and Schedule Appointments.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks, including Order Entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a call center setting
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Fluent in email correspondence and digital communication
• Skilled at scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to provide high-quality service to customers over the phone
• Proven track record in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
