Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting opportunity for a **Systems Analyst Senior** who will join a team of smart, creative, and initiative-taking employees who take pride in their work and the mission and enjoy developing, sustaining, and delivering world-class solutions.

This individual will work in a dynamic environment, participate on the World’s Premier Gateway to Space, and coordinate and communicate with many different work centers and managers to determine task priorities and appropriate resources to realize maximum value of available range operational time on a weekly basis and meet organizational goals.

This position is located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.

This position is eligible for a hybrid telecommuting. Tasks for this position must be performed largely on-site, but later assignments may be performed remotely.

**Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate and communicate with many different work centers and managers to determine task priorities and appropriate resources to realize maximum value of available range operational time on a weekly basis and meet organizational goals

+ Prepare and provide progress reports, status reports, and briefings

+ Coordinate and communicate with senior leadership and site management regarding performance problems, issues, and improvement initiatives for Western Range (WR) Prime Mission Equipment (PME)

+ Design, develop, and perform critical assessments of maintenance processes and procedures; make recommendations for continuous process improvement and assist with implementation

+ Manage various Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects and perform qualitative and quantitative maintenance data analyses

+ Research, analyze and report on emerging negative trends to help coordinate corrective actions needed to ensure continued mission support capabilities

+ Resolve customer concerns with analysis details and products and respond to suggestions for improvements

+ Review analyst reporting products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company quality standards

+ Identify issues impacting the organization’s priorities and objectives and partner with management to address improvements

+ Assist with development and continuous improvement of organizational processes, procedures, and best practices

+ Utilize data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

+ Coordinate and prioritize conflicting maintenance and integration tasks at technical work centers

+ Coordinate maintenance with the RGNext Scheduling Office and site leadership to ensure effective manpower and equipment utilization, timely support of priority assignments, and conflict resolution for systems maintenance and operational readiness

+ Investigate and resolve support issues beyond site capabilities that delay or impair a site’s ability to conduct normal day-to-day support activities

+ Perform analysis of maintenance trends and impacts to operational commitments.

+ Will provide MxCC launch support as directed by MxCC management

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, education, science, math, engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience in a technical discipline, maintenance control, resource management, business, education, or range maintenance experience and/or operations

+ Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point and Excel

+ Experience developing and implementing work processes and efficiencies

+ Range experience with maintenance procedures that regulate site processes for management of maintenance, safety, logistics, and technical data security is preferred.

+ Understanding of the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS), its relationship to preventive and corrective maintenance, and the computation and production of “Reliability, Maintainability, Availability” (RMA) data is preferred.

+ Understanding of the Range launch requirements, range scheduling, maintenance planning, engineering activities and operations activities and their interrelationship is preferred.

**Additional Eligibility Qualifications**

+ Occasional travel to instrumentation sites on Vandenberg AFB and Pillar Point AFS

+ Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship

+ Valid U.S. Driver’s License or state issued ID

_Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:_

+ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a highly fluid environment, within a team and with other groups or customers

+ Strong degree of professionalism, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work multiple tasks concurrently; and switch between tasks quickly

+ Flexible and able to adapt to changes in priorities in a dynamic working environment and schedule to updated priorities

+ Strong written and verbal communications skills; detail-oriented and ability to exercise diplomacy within a team environment; clear and coherent writing ability

+ Ability to organize and lead meetings, communicate clearly with oral and written presentation, correspondence, and reports

+ Ability to communicate technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and nontechnical audiences preferred.

+ Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**Estimated Salary/Wage**

USD $95,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $115,000.00/Yr.
