Accounts Receivable Clerk

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining customer credit records, processing applications, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and meticulous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts, ensuring appropriate action is taken when necessary.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage and track customer debts.
• Handle billing tasks, ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time.
• Apply cash applications, managing and tracking cash transactions.
• Conduct cash collections, ensuring all customer debts are collected.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and track financial data.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation tasks, ensuring accurate financial records
• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), handling invoicing and payment processes
• Solid knowledge of Billing procedures, including preparing, sending, and storing invoices
• Experience in Cash Applications, accurately applying and allocating received payments
• Skills in Cash Collections, following up on outstanding payments and resolving discrepancies
• Expertise in Commercial Collections, dealing with business-to-business debt recovery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial analysis
• Familiarity with Oracle software for financial management and reporting
• Experience with QuickBooks for managing and tracking company finances
• Knowledge of SAP for integrated business process management
