The Role
The Charging Support teammates will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional customer experience we hope to bring to EV charging. Charging Support’s primary responsibilities include providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with EV charging inquiries, keeping the center clean and ensuring the smooth operation of charging stations.
What You'll Accomplish
You will use your positive and customer-focused attitude to provide a a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
Your ability to communicate with diverse customer demographics will enable you to meet sales goals by promoting car wash and Recharge Market goods and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Your interest in electric vehicle (EV) charging will be satiated through training so you will be able to effectively answer customer inquiries about EV and complete routine inspections of charging stations to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
Your team-centric approach will enable you to work collaboratively with other Charging Support team members to maintain a cohesive working environment.
