This role primarily involves serving our residential property management team and our tenants, with responsibilities spanning from handling inbound calls to email correspondence and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and potential tenants.
- Processing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing email correspondence with tenants, potential tenants, and property managers.
- Assisting residential property managers as needed.
- Utilizing Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for residential property managers.
- Adopting and adapting to the use of new software like DoorLoop and Quickbooks.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrating flexibility in job growth and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
- Maintaining a detail-oriented phone etiquette at all times.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in data entry
- Ability to handle email correspondence effectively
- Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
- Experience with handling inbound telephone calls
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate, specifically residential is a plus
- Experience in residential environments is a plus.
