The Assistant Controller will be involved in various aspects of financial management, including the month-end closing process, general ledger maintenance, financial analysis and forecasting, and interfacing with external auditors. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the month-end closing process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss statements on a monthly basis
• Perform financial consolidations across various business units
• Review and manage company contracts, providing accounting insights where necessary
• Foster clear communication and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Interface with external auditors for the annual audit process
• Play a crucial role in financial analysis and forecasting exercises
• Use accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data
• Handle accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, and auditing.
• Must hold a minimum of 6 years of experience
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Must have hands-on experience in Auditing
• Experience in Billing Functions is required
