We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide evaluations and treatments to patients in their homes and community settings in Ocean County.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat clients' physical therapy needs; collaborate with physicians on care plans
- Document changes in conditions; update care plans as needed
- Ensure quality, follow safety protocols, and meet attendance standards
Qualifications:
- - NJ Physical Therapy License
- 2-3 years of clinical/community experience preferred
- Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ driver’s license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
