Staff Accountant

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Warren, Michigan. This role is centered around maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, with a focus on fixed asset accounting. • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records through diligent fixed asset accounting.
• Facilitating month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Conducting general ledger reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
• Handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Preparing and posting journal entries to keep the books up-to-date and accurate. • Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations efficiently
• Experience with Journal Entries is necessary
• Familiarity with Month End Close processes
• Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting is required
