Job Description- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
- Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, working closely with superintendents to set operational priorities.
- Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.
- Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of previous experience working with a Commercial Contractor
- Experience as Project Manager on commercial, educational, historic, hospitality, and/or public projects
- Must have experience running projects from start to finish
- Able to communicate and be organized
- Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
- Experience managing teams is a plus
- Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Strong software and technology skills is a plus
