Qualifications: -
Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution-Valid state license or certification for Early Childhood Special Education Teaching-
Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs
Responsibilities:
As an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with The Stepping Stones Group, you will:-Utilize specialized teaching strategies and tools to enhance learning and engagement for students with diverse learning needs-Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to promote student success and integration into broader educational settings-Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly-Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, empathy, and self-confidence among students
