Job Description
The Business Development Manager of the Preclinical CRO will:
- Develop a deep understanding of both scientific and business aspects of transgenic animal models and antibody discovery to effectively communicate technical advantages to potential partners.
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, exploring new business opportunities, managing complex negotiations, and securing partnership agreements that align with the strategic goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and relevant scientific forums to promote visibility and network with key stakeholders in the biopharmaceutical field.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support branding initiatives, increase market awareness, and strengthen the organization's presence in the therapeutic antibody and drug discovery sectors.

The Successful Applicant
The Business Development Manager of the Preclinical CRO will have:
- Ph.D. in the bioscience field.
- Strong interest in taking on a business development role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel in the SFO area.
- Ability to elaborate on high-level scientific language in a way to satisfy all audiences.
- Preferred hands-on experience with mouse models.
- Flexible schedule.
