The **Key Account Manager (KAM)** will manage a defined portfolio of
distributor accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and
trusted advisor. This role is responsible for crafting and executing
growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and
maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is skilled at
building strong relationships, communication, analyzing market dynamics, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning./

**How You Will Help:**/

**Account Management:**/
- Serve as the main liaison between ASC Engineered Solutions and
- Develop deep understanding of each distributor/'s business model,
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key
- Communicate Opportunities throughout ASC and Rep Agencies while
activity initiatives.
/**Growth Strategy Development:**/
- Design and implement customized growth strategies tailored to each
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, increased market
- Collaborate with distributors to create joint business plans that
outline objectives, key initiatives, and success metrics.
/**Performance Monitoring & Reporting:**/
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and distributor performance to
- Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to both
- Forecast sales and track progress against growth targets
**Collaboration & Support:**/
- Work closely with internal sales,rep agencies, customer service,
aligned with company objectives
- Support distributors with training, marketing resources, and tools
- Resolve issues and address challenges proactively to maintain strong
relationships and achieve mutual goals

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
- Share market insights with internal teams to influence product
development and overall strategy

**What You Will Bring:**/
Bachelor/'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
