Responsibilities

• Open and or closing the facility
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Must be flexible, neat and organized
• Writing reports and submitting to Management team
• Detail oriented, must be able to read machine and electrical schematics
• Time management and planning skills
• Ability to manage and maintain complex machinery

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in using voltmeters and working with both low and high voltage systems
• Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance teams
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and schematics
• Prior experience in facilities management
