UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and user-focused UX Designer to join our client’s team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and usability. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities- Design impactful user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize user journeys across websites, apps, and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistent design systems while fostering creativity for new ideas.
- Ensure UX designs align with the client’s brand and goals while considering accessibility standards.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Proven experience as a UX designer (contract, freelance, or full-time).
- Proficiency in UX/UI tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with conducting user research through interviews, surveys, or usability studies.
- Knowledge of industries such as technology, financial/professional services, or retail/e-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience integrating AI-powered tools to enhance the design process.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and their impact on web design.
