We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator based in Concord, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to Human Resources, including recruiting, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
This position is within the Financial Services industry and requires specific skills such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Ensuring all resumes are properly funneled and organized for easy access.
- Handling candidate reception duties, including greeting and directing candidates to the appropriate location.
- Performing regular audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks.
- Operating ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to manage candidate data.
- Applying Ceridian and Dayforce systems for HR management.
- Conducting background checks in compliance with company policy.
- Managing benefit functions and addressing related queries.
- Utilizing strong communication skills to resolve any issues or inquiries.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
- Knowledge of About Time software for HR functions
- Proficiency in conducting Auditing and Background Checks
- Experience in managing Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to effectively use HR systems and databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Strong analytical skills for assessing policies and procedures
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
