The ideal attorney is a self-starter with 6+ years of civil litigation experience and the ability to manage their own caseload.

Responsibilities of Role:

• Managing cases from inception through trial/arbitration
• Preparing motions and briefs
• Taking and defending depositions
• Discovery
• Making court appearances
• Trial preparation and trial attendance

Attorney Requirements:

1. 6+ years of civil litigation experience in California
2. Deposition experience
3. Excellent writing and research skills
