Our client is seeking a diligent Billing Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers, and updating customer files.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and issuing invoices to customers.
2. Processing credit memos.
3. Preparing account receivable statements monthly.
4. Maintaining updated customer files, including name or address changes and contact information.
5. Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
6. Proven experience as a Billing Specialist.
7. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Excel) and other accounting software.
8. Proven track record of accurately calculating figures and amounts.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. High school degree required; associates degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
