The Position:
We are looking for a candidate to perform the role of an Acquisition Specialist Analyst - Journeyman to support PMA - 262, the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office.
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $98,500 - $120,500 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education. The range that is given is an estimate and may vary based on contractual constraints. At AM Pierce and Associates, it is our goal to provide equitable compensation to all employees.

The Description:
Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Documentation (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Other duties/responsibilities include:
- Work with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
- Provide Procurement Planning Conference (PPC) support along with general acquisition support.
- Knowledge and experience with AMS.
- Support the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Documents (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
- Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Education and Experience:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, required.
- Bachelor's degreeor allowable substitutions are required.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSITIUTIONS:
- High School Diploma / GED with four (4) years of additional work experience.
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience
performing duties described in the description.
Travel:
- On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
