As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for customer inquiries and disputes, and will be expected to deliver services in a manner that promotes goodwill. This role requires effective communication with other departments and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a cost-effective, safe, and environmentally sound manner.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints in person or over the phone
• Conduct customer interviews and record interview information into the system
• Handle customer orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service, ensuring all contract forms are filled out accurately
• Determine charges for requested services, collect deposits, and issue discontinuance orders when necessary
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer disputes and communicate customer needs and opportunities effectively
• Take payments and make bank deposits, while also entering orders and production paperwork into the system
• Adjust complaints regarding billing or service rendered, and refer complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
• Deliver services to customers in a way that promotes goodwill, and seek cost-effective, safe, and environmentally sound solutions to service issues
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to handle email correspondence and data entry tasks
• Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Experience in a call center or customer service role
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in data entry and order entry
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Capable of scheduling appointments accurately and timely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
