Medical Support Specialist - Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Elkhart, IN - 46514
Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent
Setting: Plasma Center
Pay: Up to $31.50 per hour + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Shift: 5x8s, 4 weekend days per month

Center Hours: Mon 10am-7:30pm | Tue-Thu 6am-7:30pm

Fri 6am-7pm | Sat 7am-5pm | Sun 8am-3pm

Qualifications:

Required: RN license, BLS & CPR (Adult & Pediatric)
Preferred: Plasma knowledge and Venipuncture skills

Key Duties:

Assess donor eligibility (medical history, physical exams, SPE review)
Handle donor reactions and medical emergencies per SOPs
Collaborate with the Center Physician for guidance and approvals
Oversee Hepatitis B/Seasonal Flu vaccination programs
Support pandemic-related investigations when needed
