Job Description- Lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel, including inspectors and technicians.
- Oversee quality control processes, such as inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate measurement and verification activities in alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance quality systems, focusing on document management and addressing non-conformances.
- Train and support quality inspectors and technicians, providing expertise on quality-related issues.
- Track and report on quality metrics to inform stakeholders of performance levels.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve quality challenges.
- Collaborate on new product development initiatives, contributing to the establishment of quality standards.
- Utilize various measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, CMMs) to support quality engineering and production needs.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years experience in quality within manufacturing
- Experience overseeing teams of inspectors
- Knowledgeable of Gage R&R and other calibration methods
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards
- Able to read and interpret customer GD&T blueprints
- Competitive base salary between $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience and skills
- 5% Bonus
