Senior Adobe Experience Manager - Technical Architect / Lead
- Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, business or finance, or equivalentwork experience
- 8+ years of information systems or project management experience including two years of delivery management
- Experience in building/leading/developing/working on AEM product and platform
- Experience with AEM websites, portals, and homegrown applications
- Experience working in a product team structure using common principles and practices
- Experience working within the primary insurance industry preferred
- Experience in leading (directly or indirectly) a team of onsite-offshore development resources required
Required Skills and qualifications
(Technical Must have)- Proficient with SQL in transactional systems
- Proficient with AEM development, AEM as a Cloud Service,Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Cloud Manager
- Hands-On experience using .Net and Java and Javascript
- Familiar with Azure Devops dashboard and ARM Template,Terraform and Bicep based pipelines with Git repositories
- Experience using Azure services including function app, logic app, app services and API Management.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide leadership in the end-to-end design, development and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services.
- Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and simplify complex concepts and issues
- Works well within a collaborative team setting

responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including websites, portals, and homegrown applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a global team of onsite and offshore developers, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Cloud Manager solutions.
- Manage and optimize transactional SQL systems, integrating AEM platforms with .NET, Java, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Utilize Azure services, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, App Services, and API Management, to build scalable solutions.
- Ensure the use of best practices in DevOps, including Azure DevOps, ARM templates, Terraform, and Git repositories for efficient pipeline management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with project deadlines, technical requirements, and client expectations, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Foster a collaborative working environment, promoting accountability and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AEM development and platform management, providing hands-on support when necessary.
