A Property Management Company in Melville, NY is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Administrative Assistant to act as our client's right-hand person in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. This position does not require prior leasing experience but demands excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a professional demeanor.

salary: $27 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage lease documents with attention to detail.
  • Assist with preparing leases and scanning documents.
  • Handle calendar management for Keri (no appointment scheduling required).
  • Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues via phone and email.
  • Perform general leasing duties and assist with department paperwork.
  • Utilize MS Outlook, MS 365, and MS Excel extensively to manage documents and tasks.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail for the leasing department.
  • Maintain overall professional etiquette and uphold company standards.
