HR Administrator

Job duties involve:
- Administering leaves of absence for multiple clients according to Federal and State laws
- Supporting people through their challenging time
- Advising on leave entitlement, client policies and benefits, payroll and return-to-work accommodations

The ideal candidate is someone who has a love of learning. This is a complicated niche in HR and ongoing training is needed to keep up with compliance changes. Excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism and a genuine need to assist people is called for.A four-year college degree or a professional certification in a related field preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and related experience is required. Upon hire you will be back in the classroom then assigned to a trainer and team lead.

The company offers a starting salary of $47,500 with benefits covered 100% for you and your dependents, 401K matching, flexible schedule, generous time off and maternity/paternity leave.
