REGIONAL MANAGER

THE POSITION

The Regional Manager is a full-time, exempt salaried position. This role includes overseeing the educational and operational aspects of Regina Caeli Academy centers. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of these locations, implementing best practices, and upholding the values and mission of Regina Caeli Academy (RCA).

The Regional Manager reports to the Director of Center Management and collaborates with the Director, fellow Regional Managers, administrators, staff, and parents to provide exceptional support and foster an environment conducive to academic excellence and spiritual growth at each RCA location.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic Management and Leadership:

Supervise RCA administrative staff, ensuring a high level of

professionalism and adherence to the academy's mission and values.

Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and

continuous professional growth among the staff to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and quality at the centers.

Support Center Coordinators of Education in identifying staff for centers, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and promoting opportunities for staff development and training.

Admissions Support:

Collaborate with the Advancement Team to facilitate open houses, campus visits, tours, re-enrollment, and marketing collateral creation.

Work closely with RCA administrators to coordinate initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining families.

Community Relations:

Cultivate relationships with the community to foster positive growth and interactions.
Support the Center Coordinators of Operations in overseeing parent volunteer committees.
Act as a liaison between the campuses and the National Leadership, promoting effective communication and information sharing.
Ensure the provision of a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes the formation of students.
Collaborate with administrators and other staff members to address the individual needs and concerns of students and facilitate their academic, spiritual, and personal growth.

Promote student engagement, active learning, and extracurricular involvement to enhance the overall educational experience.

Operations:

Monitor center financial operations.
Ensure that all safety and compliance requirements are being met.
Collaborate with administrators and staff to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems that support the efficient functioning of the academy.

Implement policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain quality learning environment

Monitor and evaluate operations to identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of Catholic education and commitment to promoting its values and teachings.
Demonstrated organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to management.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Understanding and appreciation of hybrid learning models and commitment to the mission and values of RCA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conceive and execute plans and interact confidently and effectively with various stakeholders.
Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided. Tutors are trained to provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards.

The ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness, a traditional view of the student/teacher relationship, and must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.

This is a full time exempt position. The salary ranges between $42,888 - $55,000, commensurate with experience.
