Forklift Operator-1st shift

Local bakery manufacturer located in the Ronkonkoma, NY area is hiring for a 1st shift forklift operator for their facility. Candidates with 2 years minimum of experience are encouraged to apply. education: No Degree Required

• Will be required to work in a refrigerated environment
• Must be comfortable working in a cold enviromment
• Operate forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, to load, unload, and move materials within the production area
• Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured proper storage and organization of products to facilitate efficient retrieval and shipment processes.
• Adhered to all safety guidelines, protocols, and OSHA regulations, resulting in a consistently accident-free work environment.
• Collaborated with team members to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Picked and packed orders for distribution, utilizing forklifts and other equipment for efficient order fulfillment.
