About Our Client

Client is a Commercial Construction General Contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio in the Southeast. Industrial, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Education, Renovation, and Development. Potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities is high.

• Manage and/or coordinate Company personnel and resources for the project
• Assist with preconstruction efforts
• Manage all aspects of project from inception
• Prepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement process
• Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
• Maintain relationships with clients, designers and consultants
• Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-award
• Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Superintendent
• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions
• Mentorship of more junior PMs and support staff

• Mixed commercial construction experience preferred
• Hospitality or education construction experience preferred
• Technical degree level education in construction or related field
• 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required

• Base Salary $115,000 - $135,000 + Benefits
